Getting started
What to Have Ready
When calling the office, it can be helpful to have a short summary of the reason for seeking care, the patient's age, insurance plan, preferred appointment type, and whether care is being requested in person or by telehealth.
Contact information
Best phone number, preferred callback time, and the patient or guardian name.
Insurance details
Plan name, member ID, and any referral or authorization requirements.
Clinical context
Current concerns, prior treatment, current medications, and relevant school or work context.
Safety needs
